
Teryl Rothery is a Canadian actress, is well-known for her stage performances as well as on television and in film. Janet Fraiser, her role in Stargate SG-1 is what she is most well-known for. She also starred as Grace Sherman in Cedar Cove and has played major parts as Muriel in Virgin River, Jean Loring in Arrow and Celia Hudson in Nancy Drew. Many TV shows have included her. Rothery began dance lessons at the age of nine, and in 1995 looked upon it as the beginning of her career as an entertainer. She was 13 years old when she started dance lessons. At age 14, she performed in Bye Bye Baby,[3] and at the age of 14 she appeared in The Sound of Music at Marpole Community Theatre. In her youth she performed in The Irish Rovers variety television series,[2] and at age 18 she was the first to appear on TV with an Canadian Broadcasting Corporation television special for Halloween.
